What is collected
We collect your name, email, selected service, question or context, and—only where required—birth date, time, and place. Compatibility readings also require limited second-person birth details supplied with permission.
Why it is used
Information is used to prepare, deliver, support, and record your order. It is not sold. Payment-card data will be handled by Stripe rather than stored by this site when checkout is activated.
Storage and access
Order intake is stored in a private database. Access is limited to authorized operations users. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system can be promised absolutely secure.
Retention and requests
A final retention period and verified privacy-contact address must be inserted before public launch. Customers may request access, correction, or deletion subject to legal and transaction-record obligations.
