Eligibility and scope
You must be at least 18. Services are personalized written materials for entertainment and personal reflection, not professional advice or guaranteed prediction.
Customer responsibilities
Provide accurate, lawful information you are entitled to share. Do not submit confidential account credentials, financial-card details, medical records, or identity documents.
Delivery
Delivery windows begin after verified payment and complete intake. Materially incomplete or unclear intake may pause delivery until the missing information is supplied.
Acceptable use
Services may not be used to harass, surveil, diagnose, or make high-stakes decisions for another person. Requests involving illegal or harmful conduct may be declined and refunded where appropriate.
